About the honey

Each jar reflects a particular moment in the season: a brief gathering of nectar, weather, and bloom, brought together by the work of the bees and handled with care.

The honey is extracted by hand and kept raw, so that its natural texture, aroma, and character remain as close as possible to the harvest itself.

Raw honey is not suitable for infants under 12 months.
